dc.description ABSTRACT This thesis research aims to determine job satisfaction and work environment on turnover intention at PT. Neuronworks Indonesia. This research is categorized as a descriptive study and verification as a quantitative approach with a questionnaire instrument. The data collection technique in this study used a population sample of 72 respondents. Data collection using questionnaires and interviews. Test the validity of the instrument using SPSS 25 software. Testing the research hypothesis using multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study concluded that: 1) Job Satisfaction variables are included in the good category. 2) Work Environment Variable is in good category. 3) The Turnover Intention variable is in the unfavorable category. 4) Job Satisfaction Variable has a negative and significant effect on Turnover Intention PT. Neuronworks Indonesia 5) Work Environment variable has a significant negative effect on Turnover Intention PT. Neuronworks Indonesia. 6) Based on the results of multiple regression analysis, Job Satisfaction and Work Environment have a negative effect on Turnover Intention at PT. Neuronworks Indonesia.Keywords: Job Satisfaction, Work Environment, Turnover Intention.ABSTRAKPenelitian skripsi ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kepuasan kerja dan lingkungan kerja terhadap turnover intention di PT.Neuronworks Indonesia. Penelitian ini dikategorikan sebagai penelitian deskriptif dan verifikatif sebagai pendekatan kuantitatif dengan instrument berupa kuesioner. Teknik pengambilan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan sampel populasi sebanyak 72 responden. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dan wawancara. Uji validitas instrument dengan menggunakan software SPSS 25Abstrak— Uji hipotesis penelitian menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil dari penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa: 1) Variabel Kepuasan Kerja termasuk dalam kategori baik. 2) Variabel Lingkungan Kerja termasuk dalam kategori baik. 3) Variabel Turnover Intention termasuk dalam kategori kurang baik. 4) Variabel Kepuasan Kerja berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap Turnover Intention PT.Neuronworks Indonesia 5) Variabel Lingkungan Kerja berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap Turnover Intention PT.Neuronworks Indonesia. 6) Berdasarkan hasil analisis regresi berganda Kepuasan Kerja dan Lingkungan Kerja berpengaruh negatif terhadap Turnover Intention di PT.Neuronworks Indonesia.Kata Kunci: Kepuasan Kerja, Lingkungan Kerja, Turnover Intention.
