Abstrack. The purpose of this study was to determine the service differentiation offered by Rustic Coffee Jl Karapitan No.2 bandung, to find out the responses of respondents regarding the service differentiation offered, to find out the responses of respondents regarding Consumer Loyalty, to determine the effect of service differentiation on Consumer Loyalty. The research method used is a survey method, this type of research is descriptive verification. The sampling technique used was accidental sampling. The population in this study were 100 respondents who had visited Rustic Coffee. Data collection techniques used were questionnaires. Data analysis method used is a simple linear analysis to determine the direction of the relationship between the independent variable (X) with the dependent variable (Y). The results of this study stated that the differentiation of services offered was not optimal and needed to be improved in several sectors. Respondents regarding the differentiation of services offered by Rustic Coffee Jl Karapitan No.2 Bandung in the sufficient category. Respondents' responses regarding consumer loyalty to Rustic Coffee Jl Karapitan No.2 bandung in the sufficient category. There is a significant influence between service differentiation on consumer loyalty on Rustic Coffee Jl Karapitan No.2 bandung.Keywords: service differentiation, customer loyalty.Abstrak. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Diferensiasi pelayanan yang ditawarkan Kopi Rustic Jl Karapitan No.2 bandung, untuk mengetahui tanggapan responden mengenai Diferensiasi pelayanan yang ditawarkan, untuk mengetahui tanggapan responden mengenai Loyalitas Konsumen, untuk mengetahui besar pengaruh Diferensiasi pelayanan terhadap Loyalitas Konsumen.Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode survey, jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif verifikatif. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah accidental sampling. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 100 responden yang telah mengunjungi Kopi Rustic. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah Kuesioner. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis linier sederhana untuk mengetahui arah hubungan antara variabel independent (X) dengan variabel dependent (Y). Hasil penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa diferensiasi pelayanan yang ditawarkan belum optimal dan perlu di perbaiki pada beberapa sektor. Tanggapan responden mengenai diferensiasi pelayanan yang ditawarkan Kopi Rustic Jl Karapitan No.2 bandung dalam kategori cukup. Tanggapan responden mengenai Loyalitas konsumen pada Kopi Rustic Jl Karapitan No.2 bandung dalam kategori cukup. Terdapat pengaruh cukup besar antara diferensiasi pelayanan terhadap Loyalitas konsumen Kopi Rustic Jl Karapitan No.2 bandung.Kata kunci: diferensiasi pelayanan, Loyalitas konsumen |
