Abstract— Raw material inventory planning is a very important thing. KSB INTERIORS & FURNISHING is one of the companies engaged in interior space. However, the main focus of this company is to produce kitchen sets for homes, offices and businesses. This research was conducted aimed at minimizing inventory costs and scheduling ordering time so that the required raw materials are on time according to the time needed by applying the Material Requirement Planning method to plan raw material inventory. This research uses the lot sizing technique, the Lot for Lot method. To implement MRP, demand data is needed to be processed for forecasting, master planning schedule, bill of materials. The results of this study are the raw material inventory planning system using the MRP method using the Lot Sizing technique with the Lot For Lot method with a total cost of raw material inventory of Rp. 9,829,500.00 and the calculation of the booking fee is Rp. 840,000.00 in the amount of Rp. 10,669,500.00.Keywords— Material Requirement Panning, Lot Sizing, Lot For Lot.Abstrak— Perencanaan persediaan bahan baku merupakan suatu hal yang sangat penting. KSB INTERIORS & FURNISHING merupakan salah satu perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang interior ruangan. Namun yang menjadi fokus utama dari perusahaan ini adalah memproduksi kitchen set untuk rumah, kantor, maupun tempat usaha. Penelitian ini dilakukan bertujuan untuk meminimuman biaya persediaan dan melakukan penjadwalan waktu pemesanan agar bahan baku yang dibutuhkan tepat waktu sesuai waktu yang dibutuhkan dengan menerapkan metode Material Requirement Planning untuk merencanakan persediaan bahan baku. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik lot sizing yaitu metode Lot For Lot. Untuk menerapkan MRP dibutuhkan data permintaan yang akan diolah untuk perhitungan forecasting, master planning schedule, bill of material. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah sistem perencanaan persediaan bahan baku menggunakan metode MRP dengan menggunakan teknik Lot Sizing dengan metode Lot For Lot dengan totalkan biaya persediaan bahan baku Rp. 9.829.500,00 dan perhitungan biaya pemesanan adalah sebesar Rp. 840.000,00 sebesar Rp. 10.669.500,00.Kata Kunci— Material Requirement Panning, Lot Sizing, Lot For Lot. |
