Abstract:
This study aims 1) To find an overview of Work Motivation, Work Conflict and Employee Performance of the Bandung City Library and Archives Service during the pandemic. 2) To determine the effect of work motivation on the performance of the Bandung City Library and Archives Service employees during the pandemic. 3) To determine the effect of Work Conflict on the Performance of the Bandung City Library and Archives Service Employees during the pandemic. 4) To determine the effect of Work Motivation and Work Conflict simultaneously on the Performance of the during the pandemic. The research method used is descriptive analysis and verification and operates the calculations using the SPSS 25.0 program. The results of this study concluded that: 1) 1) Work Motivation at the Bandung City Library and Archives Service during the pandemic was in very high category, Work Conflict at the Bandung City Library and Archives Service during the pandemic was in the low category, Employee Performance at the Bandung City Library and Archives Service at during the Covid-19 pandemic in the high category. 2) Work motivation has a significant positive effect on Employee Performance during the pandemic at the Bandung City Library and Archives Service 3) Work Conflict has a significant positive effect on Employee Performance during the pandemic at the Bandung City Library and Archives Service. 4) Work Motivation and Work Conflict simultaneously have a significant positive effect on Employee Performance during the pandemic at the Bandung City Library and Archives Service.
