(Similarity) Faktor Mental sebagai Basis Modal Budaya Pembangunan Masyarakat Adat Karuhun Urang (AKUR) Cigugur Kabupaten Kuningan

Abstract

Indonesian society has a variety of cultures. One of them is the AKUR community, as a society that still maintains their cultural existence amidst the modernization and discrimination that has occurred to them. Discrimination against the AKUR community is a politics of fighting against each other or division that comes from both internally and externally. The survival of the AKUR community is a form of behavior that can become cultural capital in development. This study aims to see transcendental awareness as the basis of values held in the AKUR community development behavior. This research approach uses qualitative methods with a phenomenological approach in cultural psychology. The method of analysis in this research is using interpretive descriptive. The analysis process is carried out by conducting interviews, observation and literature study. The data obtained later compares the phenomena that occur with the behavior that appears. The results of these differences are then summarized and what is based on them. The behavior that appears is an internal impulse which is the basis for the awareness of the AKUR community. The results of this study indicate that the AKUR community has consistent behavior, responsibility, innovative, enthusiasm, tolerance, openness and patience. The impetus for the emergence of the AKUR community behavior is the basis held by them in the values of the Human Character and the Nation Characteristic Way as their ancestral teachings.
