Pengembangan Sistem Perencanaan Desa Wisata Berbasis Machine Learning di Kabupaten Bandung

Abstract

Bandung Regency has a priority development plan in the tourism sector that aims at an integrated destination. Bandung Regency based on the Regent's Decree Number 556.42/Kop.71–Dispopar/2011 has Tourism Villages, one of which is Mekarsari Gambung Village. This study aims to determine the categorization process in Bandung Regency and the tourism village planning strategy in Bandung Regency. The categorization process needs to be carried out to make it easier for the government to carry out detailed tourism village development Strategies to identify their uniqueness and characteristics. Machine Learning is used to handle more and more data efficiently. There are 2 Machine Learning processes, namely training data and test data. The method used in this research is qualitative and quantitative research. Data were collected through semi-structured interviews, documentation, observation, and triangulation. Then analyzed through Machine Learning with the kernel used is the RBF kernel and the Support Vector Machine Algorithm on Jupiter Notebook.. Mekarsari Gambung Village is included in the category of cultural tourism village types, Sugihmukti Village is included in the ecotourism village category, and Cibodas Village is included in the ecotourism village category. The right strategy in developing tourism village planning is based on the variables of Human Resources, Capital, Infrastructure, Institutions and Organizations, Policies and Technology. Based on the results of this analysis, researchers can find out the categorization process found in tourist villages in Bandung Regency and the right strategy in developing tourist villages that have identified categories.
