dc.description.abstract Desa Alamendah has the potential to develop the concept of halal tourism compared to other villages. However, there are challenges due to the lack of human resources with a proper understanding of halal tourism concepts and limited response from industry players. To address this, a cognitive approach is used, employing electroencephalography (EEG) measurements to gather real-time and valid data, enabling the formulation of effective development strategies. The main objective of this research is to identify the community's attention towards the development of inclusive Halal Tourism in Desa Wisata Alamendah, utilizing an innovative neuroscientific approach through EEG measurements, and formulating development concepts that can be applied in Desa Alamendah. The research findings indicate a significant level of attention among stakeholders towards the development of inclusive halal tourism. Additionally, survey results and psychological approaches show that the majority of respondents have comprehended the concept of halal tourism and support its implementation in Desa Wisata Alamendah, as it can provide benefits to the community. Therefore, efforts are needed to integrate socio-cultural values in organizing tourism activities in Desa Alamendah and preserve the sociocultural heritage, which forms the foundation for creating halal tourism en_US
