Abstract:
Communication-based planning involves understanding communication patterns and interaction methods within a targeted development area. Kampung Adat Kuta, a traditional village, maintains extensive communication ties with governmental institutions, educational bodies, and various entities. To assess the extent of their connections with external parties, a communication network mapping is essential. Analyzing social networks through Centrality measurements provides insights into key actors within Kampung Adat Kuta, those with close relationships both internally and externally, and individuals capable of facilitating internal and external communication relationships within the village network. This research involves questioning influential figures in Kampung Adat Kuta about their communication relationships. As a novel investigation, the study aims to generate a communication network that contributes significantly to the forthcoming planning efforts in Kampung Adat Kuta
