Abstract. The development of an increasingly advanced and competitive industrial world requires the company to make continuous adjustments. The high level of competition in the industry ultimately requires companies to determine the right strategies in order to maintain productivity so that profits will continue to increase. The study aims to determine the number of employees based on the operator's mental load on the PD weaving station. ATBM Faishal Ridwan. In this study the methods used are NASA-TLX and Work Sampling. The result obtained is in the form of optimal employee workforce for station Weaving. Keywords: NASA-TLX, Work Sampling, Workload, Number of EmployeesAbstrak.
