Bank is a financial institution that has an intermediary function that is collecting funds in the form of deposits and channeling in the form of credit. The main sources of bank income derived from credit distribution and credit offerings in the banking system are strongly influenced by several indicators. The purpose of this study is to determine what factors affect the supply of consumer credit offerings in state banks in Indonesia. The data used is the time series of quarterly data during the period of 2001 - 2016. The method used in this research is Ordinary Least Square / OLS. The results showed that overall all independent variables used in the model have a significant effect on the consumer credit offerings of state banks in Indonesia during the period 2001-2015. Partial test results obtained that the variable interest rates have a negative and significant effect on the supply of consumer credit, influential inflation variables Negative and significant effect on the supply of consumer credit and the variable of gross domestic product have a positive and significant effect to the supply of consumer credit period 2001-2016.Bank adalah lembaga keuangan yang memiliki fungsi intermediasi yaitu menghimpun dana dalam bentuk simpanan dan menyalurkan dalam bentuk kredit. Sumber utama pendapatan bank berasal dari kegiatan penyaluran kredit dan penawaran kredit dalam perbankan sangat dipengaruhi oleh beberapa indikator. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui faktor – faktor apa saja yang mempengaruhi penawaran penawaran kredit konsumsi pada bank persero di Indonesia. Data yang digunakan adalah runtun waktu data triwulanan selama periode 2001 – 2016. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah Ordinary Least Square/OLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa secara keseluruhan semua variabel bebas yang digunakan dalam model berpengaruh signifikan terhadap penawaran kredit konsumsi bank persero di Indonesia selama periode 2001 – 2016. Pengujian secara parsial diperoleh hasil bahwa variabel suku bunga berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap penawaran kredit konsumsi, variabel inflasi berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap penawaran kredit konsumsi dan variabel produk domestik bruto berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap penawaran kredit konsumsi periode 2001 – 2016.
