Abstract. This study aims to test and analyze the influence of work environment and work motivation on employee job satisfaction at the PT Securindo Packatama Indonesia Regional Office Bandung. The benefits of this research is to provide information about the influence of work environment and work motivation on employee job satisfaction at PT Securindo Packatama Indonesia Regional Office Bandung.In this research, the method of sampling was done with simple random sampling method, where in a population the sampling was done randomly, the main data source used in this study was a questionnaire distributed to employees of PT Securindo Packatama Indonesia Regional Office Bandung, the questionnaire that has distributed which was 50 copies.The result of the research are : (1) work environment and work motivation simultaneously and partially gave an positive and significantly effect to work satisfaction, (2) work environment gave significantly effect to work satisfaction of PT Securindo Packatama Indonesia Regional Office Bandung employee, (3) work motivation gave significantly effect to work satisfaction of PT Securindo Packatama Indonesia Regional Office Bandung employee.Keywords : Work Environment, Work Motivation, Work SatisfactionAbstrak. Penelitian skripsi ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh lingkungan kerja dan motivasi kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan di PT Securindo Packatama Indonesia Regional Office Bandung. Manfaat dari penelitian ini yaitu memberikan informasi mengenai pengaruh dan kondisi lingkungan kerja dan motivasi kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan PT Securindo Packatama Indonesia Regional Office Bandung. Dalam penelitian ini, cara pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode simple random sampling dimana penarikan sampel dalam suatu populasi dilakukan secara random (acak). Sumber data utama yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada karyawan PT Securindo Packatama Indonesia Regional Office Bandung dengan kuesioner yang disebar yaitu sebanyak 50 eksemplar. Hasil penelitian menyatakan bahwa: (1) lingkungan kerja dan motivasi kerja secara simultan dan parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja, (2). lingkungan kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan PT Securindo Packatama Indonesia Regional Office Bandung, (3). motivasi kerja berpegaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan PT Securindo Packatama Indonesia Regional Office Bandung.Kata Kunci : Lingkungan Kerja, Motivasi Kerja, Kepuasan Kerja
