dc.description Abstract. The purpose of this research is to know the condition of job training and work motivation, to analyze employee performance, and to analyze how the effect of job training and work motivation on employee performance. This research was conducted on one of the State Owned Enterprises (SOEs), namely PT. Pos Indonesia (Persero) in the city of Bandung which is engaged in delivery services and established since 1746. The research method used in the form of descriptive and verifikatif analysis of data processing using the help of SPSS 24 for windows program. Sampling method using sampling technique used in this research is census sampling. With the number of respondents as many as 30 employees from the Human Resources Service Division) at PT. Pos Indonesia (Persero) Bandung. The independent variables studied in the form of Job Training (X1) and Work Motivation (X2) while for the dependent variable of Employee Performance (Y). data collection is done by using questionnaire. The results of this study concluded that: 1) Job Training Variables included in the high category which means great influence on Employee Performance. 2) Variables Motivation Work included in the high category which means great influence on Employee Performance. 3) Employee Performance Variables included in the high category which means a significant impact on Employee Performance. 4) The effect of Job Training variable is 47,0%. 5) The effect of Job Motivation variable is 60.4%. 6) Job Training Variables and Work Motivation have influence on Employee Performance at PT. Pos Indonesia (Persero) in Bandung.Keywords: Job Training, Work Motivation, Employee Performance. Abstrak. Melalui penelitian ini tujuan yang diangkat yaitu  untukmengetahui kondisi pelatihan kerja dan motivasi kerja, mengkaji bagaimana kinerja karyawan, serta menganalisis bagaimana pengaruh dari pelatihan kerja dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada salah satu Badan Usaha Miliki Negara (BUMN) yaitu PT. Pos Indonesia (Persero) di kota Bandung yang bergerak dalam bidang jasa pengiriman dan berdiri sejak tahun 1746. Adapun metode penelitian yang digunakan berupa analisis deskriptif dan verifikatif yang pengolahan datanya menggunakan bantuan program SPSS 24for windows. Metode penarikan sampel menggunakan teknik sampling yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah sampling sensus. Dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 30 orang karyawan dari Divisi Pelayanan Sumber Daya Manusia) di PT. Pos Indonesia (Persero)  Bandung. Variabel bebas yang dikaji dalam penelitian berupa Pelatihan Kerja (X1) dan Motivasi Kerja (X2) sedangkan untuk variabel terikat berupa Kinerja Karyawan (Y). pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan kuisioner. Hasil dari penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa: 1) Variabel Pelatihan Kerja termasuk dalam kategori tingg yang berarti berpengaruh besar terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. 2) Variabel Motivasi Kerja termasuk dalam kategori tinggi yang berarti berpengaruh besar terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. 3) Variabel Kinerja Karyawan termasuk dalam kategori tinggi yang berarti berdampak signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. 4) Pengaruh variabel Pelatihan Kerja sebesar 47,0%. 5) Pengaruh variabel Motivasi Kerja sebesar 60,2%. 6) Variabel Pelatihan Kerja dan Motivasi Kerja memiliki pengaruh terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada PT. Pos Indonesia (Persero) di Bandung.Kata Kunci: Pelatihan Kerja, Motivasi Kerja, Kinerja Karyawan.
