The purpose of research to know the community for personality, reputation, value, corporate identity according to the community taxpayer payment of an annual tax in P3DW city of Bandung 1 Pajajaran. The methodology with descriptive quantitative data mining techniques such as the spread of the survey, interview, observation and use the study of literature available. Based on the research, shows that personality, reputation, value, corporate identity according to the community taxpayer Samsat about renewing the payment of tax can be good because of the process through public trust in the payment of an annual tax as a means of renewal for vehicle registration P3DW city of Bandung 1 Pajajaran.Keywords: Personality, Reputation, Value, Corporate Identity Samsat.Abstrak: Pembentukkan citra berupa perubahan pelayanan pembayaran pajak yang dapat menciptakan opini ataupun tanggapan baik dari masyarakat sebagai pembayar pajak. Persentase ketertarikan masayarakat sebagai pembayar pajak kendaraan terhadap sistem pembayaran pajak Samsat yang sekarang memunculkan sebuah pendapat bahwa hasil pencitraan yang dibentuk oleh Samsat P3DW Kota Bandung I Pajajaran sukses. Baik dari segi promosi langsung melalui iklan konvesional maupun konvergensi di jejaring sosial yang dapat meningkatkan reputasi dalam membentuk citra positif di masyarakat. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui tanggapan masyarakat terhadap personality, reputation, value, corporate identity Samsat menurut masyarakat (pembayar pajak) tentang pembaharuan pembayaran pajak tahunan di P3DW kota Bandung I Pajajaran. Metode penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif dengan teknik pengambilan data berupa penyebaran angket, wawancara, observasi dan mengunakan studi kepustakaan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, menunjukkan bahwa personality, reputation, value, corporate identity Samsat menurut masyarakat (pembayar pajak) tentang pembaharuan pembayaran pajak dapat di nilai baik karena adanya kepercayaan masyarakat terhadap Samsat melalui pembaharuan sebagai alat pembayaran pajak tahunan PKB dan STNK di P3DW kota Bandung I Pajajaran.Kata Kunci : Personality, Reputation, Value, Corporate Identity Samsat.
